Bookings require 100% advance payment at the time of confirmation. You must book at least 24 hours before your desired date. On working days, a 3 to 4 hours notice is enough if payment is made upfront.

The route is determined by Juhu Airport's Air Traffic Control based on runway operations at Santacruz Airport. If you want a specific route, you may reschedule to a different time/day. Cancellations due to the assigned route will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

Flights can be rescheduled to the next day or any convenient date at no extra charge. Cancellations due to bad weather or helicopter technical problems are No Extra Charge.

• Within 24 hours to 4 hours before departure → 50% cancellation charges
• Less than 4 hours notice → Treated as NO SHOW and entire amount forfeited
• Due to pre-decided route → 20% fee

All passengers must arrive at Gate No-1, Airports Authority of India, Juhu Airport (opposite SBI, Vile Parle West) 45 minutes prior to departure with valid original government ID proofs (hard copy required / Only DigiLocker Permited). Without proper ID or if arriving late ( More than 45 min), it will be treated as NO SHOW — no refund. If you still wish to fly after being marked NO SHOW, you can pay an extra 30% conveyance fee.

Passengers will be denied boarding if under the influence of alcohol, sedatives, or carrying any weapon & items prohibited by Governing Authorities

Total weight of all passengers must not exceed the helicopter's safe limit (typically 210 kg for Robinson R44). Single passenger maximum is usually around 110 kg. Please inform us of all passenger weights at the time of booking. The pilot's decision is final for safety reasons.

Children under 2 years are not permitted.Children 2 years and above pay full adult fare and occupy a seat. All passengers must follow safety instructions.

Notify us in writing at booking of any medical conditions (including pregnancy). Some conditions may make the flight unsuitable — consult your doctor first. We are not liable for any health issues during the flight.

Aerial photography is strictly prohibited by Government of India regulations. Cameras/phones may also be restricted inside airport premises.In flight photo permited prior permission

Flights operate daily except on certain holidays (e.g., Wednesdays). Standard timings are approximately 11 AM to 5 PM (sunset limit). Special requests after 5 PM may incur extra charges.

Waiting time varies and depends on:
Clearance from Air Traffic Control (ATC)
Weather conditions
Completion of the previous flight
Please arrive 45–60 minutes early for check-in and briefing. We will keep you updated, and the flight will proceed as soon as all clearances are received.

Seating arrangement is determined based on weight balance for optimal safety and performance of the helicopter. The final decision on seating is taken by the pilot, who ensures the aircraft is properly balanced according to regulations. Passengers may be assigned specific seats during pre-flight briefing, and the arrangement is subject to change for safety reasons.

The advertised durations are total slot times, which include takeoff, flight, and landing. For example:
A 15-minute ride has approximately 12 minutes of actual flying time + 3 minutes for embarking & disembarking. The same rule applies to all other time slots (e.g.,20 min, 30 min, 60 min, etc.) — the quoted time includes boarding, safety briefing, and deboarding, while the pure flying time is slightly shorter. This ensures a smooth, safe experience for all passengers.
